You will need to have a good telephone manner and be able to deal sensitively with a range of children, parents and outside agencies.

You will need excellent IT and interpersonal skills with a high degree of accuracy. Previous school office experience using a management system would be an advantage but not essential. You will also support the Office Manager with recruitment.

Other necessary qualities include confidentiality, efficiency and being able to work on your own initiative and with others in the admin team. At times the school office can be incredibly busy so you will need to be able to work under pressure, be calm and flexible.
